I know that in this section most programs are extremely expensive (some are $300 CDN!) and so I will begin posting a small library of various tools you can use that are freeware. In other words completely free!

A nifty little program that has powerful capabilities in graphic creation. Allows you to create beautiful looking images!
GIMP

Something like paint, but much more advanced and free too. Try it out.
